Tenancy and property maintenance
We will register the tenant's deposit and collect rent for you. The rent we collect is transferred to a bank account of your choice monthly, quarterly or annually based on your preference.
We will be in constant communication with tenants and maintain the property when needed.
Check-out service
At the end of the tenancy, we will conduct a general inspection and inventory check to ensure that your property is returned in good order.
